  • Tip and Tail Hardware for Increased Durability
  • Jib Rocker
  • 60% Park 40% All Mountain
K2 Press Skis 2012 - The challenge comes out every year for ski manufactures to make inexpensive, durable park skis. K2 answers this year again with the Press. A feather light Triaxial braided cap construction has a low swing weight for ease of turning, and spinning off of jumps. The Press is a great all mountain ski for lighter weight skiers or kids that are ready for their first adult twin tip. 85mm underfoot give a solid landing platform for stomping landings, and soft or broken snow flotation. K2's Park Flex Pattern is softer in the tip and tail with some rigidity underfoot for ollies and butters on to rails or boxes. An Aspen wood core has plenty of snap for lightweight skiers for making smooth turns on the hard pack. Tip and tail hardware reduce the chances of splitting open the ski when landings are just a little too far forward or too far in the backseat. K2's Jib Rocker is slight tip and tail rocker with zero camber underfoot is designed just for the park skier. It blends playfulness for butters and pop for ollies. The K2 Press is a great ski for aspiring park superstars, kids who are ready for their first adult twin, or the lightweight park skier looking for something to use for rails and urban riding. .
